Yes, partial refunds are available under the following policy:

• Live session fees are refundable only for the sessions you have not attended.

a. Free Cancellation Window:

You may cancel or reschedule a class free of charge if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

b. Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered late. In such cases, the session will be fully charged and non-refundable.

c. No-Shows:

If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be fully charged.

d. Emergencies:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis.

a. Advance Notice:

If I need to cancel or reschedule a class, I will provide at least 12 hours’ notice whenever possible.

b. Emergencies & Health:

In cases of illness, personal emergencies, or unexpected conflicts, I may need to cancel on short notice. I will contact you as soon as possible and work to reschedule promptly.

c. Schedule Adjustments:

Schedule changes due to seat availability will be announced in advance. You’ll always have a chance to rebook or adjust your schedule.

d. Your Session is Never Lost:

If I cancel a session, it will either be rescheduled at your convenience or fully refunded — your time and commitment are valued.
